About the job Senior Data Analyst (REMOTE)
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst (REMOTE) for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners on the East Coast. You can live in ET or CT time zones, but you will need to be available within their core working hours Mon-Fri from 9:00am-12:00pm ET.
This Senior Data Analyst will have a focus on Call Center Operations for a technology company that focuses on customer acquisition within the insurance market. They connect people with people and help them meet their needs through personalized experiences for both their clients and customers. They develop scalable products that enhance the shopping journey for consumers and drive customer growth for their clients. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making throughout the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and your insights will drive enhancements in their call center operations, marketing strategies, product development, and client service performance. You will use your analytical skills to play a critical role in shaping the trajectory of their modeling projects, and you will ensure that their algorithms are firmly rooted in strong, data-centric methodologies. You'll do more than just generate reports in this role. You will strategize closely with C-Level executives to make critical decisions across various facets of the business to interpret the data.
Responsibilities:
- You will focus on data analysis for their call center operations.
- Craft, refine, and manage visualization tools and reporting workflows to ensure clear and impactful communication of data insights to stakeholders across departments.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover and articulate insights to stakeholders to support data-informed call center operations, marketing, product, client, and business decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse data sets to encompass customer behaviors, market trends, and operational metrics.
- Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to help make strategic decisions in call center operations, marketing, product development, client management, and broader business initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional team discussions, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Call Center Ops, Business Development, and Engineering for a unified approach to problem-solving and decision-making based on solid data insights.
- Engage directly with external insurance clients to present data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize customer acquisition campaigns and drive client success.
- Provide key analytical support in the planning, evaluation, and creation of data models.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of data strategies, set analytics goals, and explore new data opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with C-Level executives to support strategic decisions that are all backed by data-centric methodologies.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience working as a Senior Data Analyst, and practical experience collaborating with stakeholders to use data to drive the business forward.
- Proficient in SQL, statistical languages like Python or R, Excel, and utilizing BI visualization tools like AWS QuickSight (experience working with other BI visualization tools are ok).
- Confident in your abilities to interpret complex data and communicate insights to key stakeholders and executives.
- Passionate about using Business Intelligence to help solve real business challenges and grow the business.
