Position: Software Engineer (React.js)

Location: Noida, India (Hybrid) 

What You'll Do

• Craft Intuitive Interfaces: Build high-performance React applications that delight Riders and empower Drivers & Operators. 
• Engineer Responsive Components: Create reusable, accessible components that work flawlessly across devices. 
• Master Real-Time Experiences: Implement live tracking, instant notifications, and real-time fleet visualizations using WebSockets and modern state management.
• Integrate Complex APIs: Connect front-end experiences with powerful backend services to display real-time locations, ETAs, and operational insights.
• Champion Best Practices: Drive code quality through comprehensive testing, performance monitoring, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Shape User Experience: Collaborate with Product and Design to transform complex transportation data into intuitive, actionable interfaces.

What We're Looking For

• React Expertise (3+ years): Professional experience building production React applications with modern patterns. 
• State Management: Proven expertise with Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries in complex applications. 
• Modern Tooling: Proficiency with Next.js, Webpack/Vite, and the broader React ecosystem.
• API Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful services and real-time data handling with WebSockets. 
• Responsive Design: Expertise crafting pixel-perfect, mobile-first UIs using modern CSS.
• Mapping Experience: Familiarity with Google Maps or similar libraries for real-time vehicle tracking.
• Team Player: Effective communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
