Position: Senior IoT Integration Engineer

Location: Noida, India (Hybrid) 

What You'll Do

• Architect Device Ecosystems: Design and implement integrations with diverse IoT hardware, defining optimal data structures and communication protocols.
• Build Data Infrastructure: Develop robust Python/Node.js services that process real-time telemetry data, ensuring scalability and reliability at enterprise scale.
• Implement Real-Time Systems: Create event-driven architectures and WebSocket implementations for instant data delivery to client applications.
• Develop Management Systems: Build comprehensive device configuration and monitoring platforms supporting multiple protocols.
• Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Debug hardware-software interactions, protocol mismatches, and data quality problems across diverse device ecosystems.
• Ensure Fleet Intelligence: Design systems that detect anomalies, monitor device health, and maintain data quality across large-scale deployments.
• Optimize Multi-Source Data: Build intelligent pipelines that normalize heterogeneous data from EVs, diesel engines, cameras, and automotive protocols (CAN, J1939, OBD-II) into unified formats.
• Enable Transit Standards: Implement GTFS-RT and other industry specifications for seamless integration with mobility ecosystems.

What We're Looking For

• Backend Development (3+ years): Expert-level Python and Node.js skills with proven experience building production data pipelines and microservices. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Vehicle Telematics Experience: Hands-on track record with fleet management systems, GPS/telemetry integration, and automotive protocols in production environments.
• Protocol Implementation: Deep expertise with TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, and binary protocols; proven ability to parse binary/hex data and implement custom communication standards.
• Data Architecture: Experience with time-series databases, high-frequency data ingestion, schema evolution, and managing device lifecycles at scale.
• Real-Time Processing: Expertise building low-latency streaming systems, WebSocket servers, and event-driven architectures.
• Video Systems (Plus): Experience with camera integrations, video streaming protocols, and visual data processing.
• Independent Leadership: Self-starter who can own technical decisions, work with minimal oversight, and deliver from day one.
