TradeBeyond is searching for a Technical Support Specialist (Application) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! As a Technical Support Specialist (Application), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade finance platform and providing exceptional support to our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to TradeBeyond users via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document support interactions and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Maintain accurate records of all support inquiries and resolutions
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the level 2 team
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionality of the Tradebeyond platform
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent them
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless user experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in application support or a related field
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a must
  • Proficiency in Issue & Project tracking software like Jira is preferred
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia without sponsorship
