As a TradeChoice Trade Counter Assistant, you will:

  • Welcome our customers and colleagues with a smile and promote our unmissable offerings.
  • Develop sales by promoting our specialist product selection and competitive deals.
  • Follow up on sales from colleagues, prospective customers and suppliers, developing a long-lasting relationship.
  • Receive and quality check deliveries from suppliers, ensuring 0% damage or deviation.

Your working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am to 4:30pm
  • 60 minutes

You:

  • Flooring product knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience in a Sales Administrator role or similar
  • CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Track record of having met and exceeded sales targets
  • Customer service best practices
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and self-motivation
  • Accurate and up to date sharing of product and service information
  • Ability to remain calm and conducive during stressful situations
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Prioritisation and time-management skills
  • Adaptive communication with cross-cultural awareness
  • Ability to escalate concerns, anomalies or foreseen challenges to management

  • 3.5t Van Driver/Class 2 HGV Driver
