Are you a high-achieving Credit Controller looking for a great place to work?

Working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • 1 hour break

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Manage assigned ledgers in line with current processes and procedures: 400 600 customer trading accounts.
  • Proactively chase timely settlement of due monies.
  • Monitor and chase payments according to customers terms and credit limit.
  • Work with Branch Manager/teams for the resolution of invoice queries.
  • Review and assess credit limits for customers based on their payment history, financial stability, and credit score.
  • Manage and action credit limit reviews requested by customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and associated activity.
  • Process customer payments via phone.
  • Work to departments monthly targets for cash collection, age debt and unallocated payments.

Your profile:

  • Proven track record in Credit Control role/department in a B2B environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Understanding of Credit Limits & Credit Risk assessment techniques.
  • Ability to listen and negotiate with customers.
  • Good numeracy, Literacy & IT Skills.
  • Communication verbal & written.
  • Organisational & prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team at a fast pace to weekly & monthly deadlines.
  • Analytical skills & Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence in Communicating internally, externally and at different levels.
