We're hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join our friendly team.


Working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 30-minute break

Here's what the role entails:

  • Actively source new sales opportunities through customer engagement.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and service information.
  • Receive inbound sales and carry out outbound sales calls to existing and new customers.
  • Process customer orders to 100% accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with all colleagues to make sure the right products are delivered at the right time.
  • Process purchase orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and specifications.
  • Maintain the Trade Counter area, replenishing and rotating product displays in a dynamic and proactive manner.

  • Data analysis and reporting
