Job Title: Construction Office Support Assistant (Virtual)

Position Type: Remote | Part-Time  

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner

  • Review and double-check invoices using Xero against quotes before sending

  • Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring they are accurate and up to date

  • Contact trades to confirm scheduling and update Buildertrend accordingly

  • Gather details for variations and prepare them in Buildertrend as needed

  • Manage social media by posting regularly with relevant images and captions

  • Send contracts to clients, track signatures, and store documents properly

  • Assist in developing and managing a process for SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements)

  • Perform basic website updates and light content maintenance

  • Provide general administrative and project support as required

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with Xero and Buildertrend or similar project management tools

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Experience in construction admin or VA roles is a plus

  • Basic understanding of social media and website content management
