Job Title: Construction Office Support Assistant (Virtual)
Position Type: Remote | Part-Time
Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner

Review and double-check invoices using Xero against quotes before sending

Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring they are accurate and up to date

Contact trades to confirm scheduling and update Buildertrend accordingly

Gather details for variations and prepare them in Buildertrend as needed

Manage social media by posting regularly with relevant images and captions
-
Send contracts to clients, track signatures, and store documents properly
-
Assist in developing and managing a process for SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements)

Perform basic website updates and light content maintenance

Provide general administrative and project support as required
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-
Familiarity with Xero and Buildertrend or similar project management tools

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in construction admin or VA roles is a plus
- Basic understanding of social media and website content management
