What Youll Do:
As a Trade Virtual Assistant, you may support clients with tasks like:
Scheduling & Job Management

Booking, rescheduling, and dispatching jobs

Following up on site details, materials, and technician updates

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Admin & Communication
-
Managing inboxes and calendars
-
Answering and returning calls (via VoIP)

Drafting emails and maintaining communication logs
-
Organising job folders and digital files
Quoting, Invoicing & Project Support
-
Updating quotes and estimates
-
Preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
-
Assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups
-
Updating project documents, job notes, and compliance files
-
Monitoring project stages and deadlines
Systems & Documentation
-
Working inside trade platforms (Simpro, Buildertrend, ServiceM8, Monday.com)

Maintaining CRM and job management systems
-
Assisting in documenting workflows and creating SOPs
General Support

Providing daily activity updates

Helping improve admin processes

Supporting business owners so they can focus on site operations
