Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OTC Derivatives Execution Broker to join our Singapore office, focusing on the execution of OTC derivative products for institutional clients across Asia Pacific. The role requires deep market expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven track record of executing complex OTC transactions in a fast paced, relationship driven environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted intermediary between buy side and sell side counterparties, delivering efficient execution, liquidity access, and market intelligence across OTC derivatives markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute OTC derivative transactions on behalf of institutional clients, ensuring best execution and adherence to market conventions.
  • Facilitate bilateral and multilateral OTC trades across relevant asset classes (e.g. rates, credit, FX).
  • Coordinate closely with counterparties to manage trade lifecycle events including confirmations and clearing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with buy side and sell side clients, including banks, asset managers and hedge funds.
  • Maintain deep, up to date knowledge of OTC derivatives market structure, pricing dynamics and post trade processes.
  • Ensure all activity is conducted in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice market standards.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years experience in OTC derivatives markets, with a strong execution focused background.
  • Demonstrated track record as an OTC broker or trader, or execution specialist within an interdealer broker, investment bank, or specialist OTC firm.
  • Strong execution skills in voice, hybrid, and/or electronic OTC environments.
  • Singapore Trading Representative qualifications or willingness to complete required examinations.
