This position would also suit a Senior New Car Sales Consultant ready to take that next step — someone with a strong sales track record and the presence on the floor to back up a move into leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Selling new vehicles at volume — you're on the floor, active, closing
- Mentoring junior consultants and setting the standard for how deals are handled
- Stepping into assistant management duties — floor coverage, pipeline reporting, deal structuring
- Building customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to drive department performance
- Working a roster that includes weekends — because that's when buyers show up
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in automotive sales — the numbers to back it up
- Someone driven and hungry — not coasting, not comfortable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport quickly
- Experience guiding or mentoring peers, formally or informally
- Professional, consistent, and resilient on the floor every day
- Genuine enthusiasm for weekends — you know that's where the opportunity is
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
