About the Role
As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director, based in Asia to lead our market penetration efforts across Asia-Pacific (APAC), the Middle East, and potentially Europe. This pivotal role will oversee B2B, B2C, and strategic partnership initiatives, driving revenue growth and establishing a strong regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets across APAC, Middle East, and Europe
- Lead and manage regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry and brand visibility
- Oversee B2B and B2C sales channels, optimizing performance and customer engagement
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market plans
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional sales leadership roles within APAC and/or Middle East markets
- Strong track record in B2B, B2C, and partnership development
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions
