QA Manager

About the job

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in quality management within the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of expertise in ensuring product excellence, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement of quality processes. Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and effective English communication skills are essential.

• Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance department for furniture manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with industry standards
• Establish and monitor quality control procedures across production lines.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analyses to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product consistency and durability.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• 10–15 years of proven experience in quality management within the furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international quality certifications and compliance standards.
