DevOps Engineer (Bucharest | hybrid)

We are recruiting a DevOps Engineer for a fast-growing tech company which is located in Bucharest and build unique websites, content management systems and high-quality web platforms.

The client si working closely with international companies by providing them with advanced technologies, marketing services, web products, database management, programming and other services.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about technology, structured in execution, and eager to innovate. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our backend infrastructure, ensuring stability, speed, and security across all systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server and infrastructure health (monitoring, optimization, security, SSL, WHM, SQL);

• Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, SonarCloud);

• Configure and optimize DNS, Cloudflare, DKIM, SPF;

• Provide technical support to developers (deployment, infrastructure, local environments);

• Maintain and configure local development setups (Docker, local servers);

• Optimize server performance and security;

• Create and maintain clear documentation for processes and configurations;

• Research and integrate AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve workflows.

What were looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems administration;

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Cloud environments, DNS/email systems, CI/CD (GitHub Actions);

• Experience with server optimization, performance monitoring, and security best practices;

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach to problem-solving;
