SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

RESPONSABILITIES:

• You advise well-known, international companies on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM
• You analyze existing HR IT landscapes and develop them further in a sustainable way
• You design and implement integrations and are hands-on with common SAP technologies
• You work closely with HR, IT, and architecture teams on the client side
• You lead workshops, explain complex topics in an understandable way, and make well-founded technical decisions
• You independently manage projects from the initial idea through implementation to a successful go-live

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors HCM with SAP ERP HCM and/or other systems
• Very strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP BTP
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data models
• High quality standards, strong initiative, and motivation to deliver excellent results
• Very good German (B2) and good English (B2) language skills
