About the job HR Admin & Payroll Specialist
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an HR Specialist: Payroll & HR Admin Administration in Cluj-Napoca.
The Role
- Payroll: Preparation and implementation of the payroll process
- Personnel administration: personnel files, employment contracts
- Recruitment: determining requirements, job advertisements, support for department manager on the process, personnel selection and recruitment etc.
- Support with HR projects and initiatives
- Preparation of key figures and creation of presentations and reports
- Contact person for personnel in all matters
The Person
To succeed in this role you will have:
- +5 years of professional experience in HR administrative
- Solid knowledge of labor, social and wage tax low
- Strong communication skills in Romanian and English language
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
