On behalf of our client, we are seeking an HR Specialist: Payroll & HR Admin Administration in Cluj-Napoca. 


The Role

  • Payroll: Preparation and implementation of the payroll process
  • Personnel administration: personnel files, employment contracts
  • Recruitment: determining requirements, job advertisements, support for department manager on the process, personnel selection and recruitment etc.
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives
  • Preparation of key figures and creation of presentations and reports
  • Contact person for personnel in all matters


The
Person
To succeed in this role you will have:

  • +5 years of professional experience in HR administrative
  • Solid knowledge of labor, social and wage tax low
  • Strong communication skills in Romanian and English language
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
