Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities across the Oil & Gas sector, with expanded focus on adjacent industries including Petrochemicals, Chemicals, and other industrial markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, EPCs, distributors, and end-users.
  • Lead and support a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industry is an advantage
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products, systems, or services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with EPCs, refineries, chemical plants, or industrial service providers.
  • Knowledge of process equipment, instrumentation, or specialty chemicals.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in German or other languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
