The Sales Events & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop Sales Events and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales events and marketing strategies aligned with the restaurant's goals and objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Events Management: Lead the sales events team in achieving revenue targets through effective planning, goal setting, and performance monitoring. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to ensure their success.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. Maintain brand standards and guidelines to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Foster customer loyalty through personalized experiences, customer feedback programs, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the culinary, operations, and front-of-house teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate marketing initiatives with menu changes, special events, and promotions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales events and marketing budget effectively. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize resource allocation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities. Regularly analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales events and marketing team. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from the proactiveness to the last detail of the event, on call feedback and curtesy relationship maintenance. 
  • Participate in the meetings with valuable information and reports about the activity performed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Background in Hospitality/HoReCa experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving results.
