Our client, a leading force in the Romanian packaging market, is growing fast and expanding their regional sales team.

They're looking for a driven and strategic Business Developer to boost market presence and open new opportunities.

What You'll Do ?

  • Grow business with existing customers and develop strong, lasting partnerships
  • Hunt for new clients, identify opportunities, and open new doors
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and win strategic projects
  • Manage and develop selected key accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across departments and locations
  • Handle sales reporting, performance tracking, and forecasting
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and workshops

What We're Looking For ?

  • Bachelors degree (Business/Engineering or related field)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with medium and large production companies
  • Proven track record in new business development & customer acquisition
  • Experience in Industrial Packaging, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration
  • Technical curiosity able to understand engineering drawings & specs
