As part of our continued investment in IT infrastructure and digital transformation, we are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Junior IT Manager to support and enhance our IT operations. This role will focus on managing and optimizing IT systems, assisting with infrastructure migration, and ensuring seamless connectivity and security across our company locations.

In this key IT role, you will oversee daily IT operations, provide critical support to internal teams, and contribute to the evolution of our IT landscape. You will collaborate with senior IT leadership and external partners to drive efficiency, enhance security, and align IT initiatives with the companys long-term growth strategy.

Function

• Lead and Manage IT Operations

• Taking ownership of IT infrastructure across offices and ensuring seamless operations.

• Providing proactive IT support and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and minimize downtime.

• Network and Server Administration

• Maintaining and configuring servers, network devices, and security protocols.

• Ensuring efficient and secure connectivity across the company's locations.

System and Hardware Maintenance

• Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices, including laptops, phones, and communication systems.

• Managing antivirus solutions and implementing IT security measures.

• Assist in IT Migration and Digital Transformation

• Supporting the transition from old servers to the new infrastructure.

• Collaborating on the integration of CRM tools and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Working with external IT partners for system migrations and process optimization.

Implementing and enforcing IT security policies to protect company data and systems.

• Monitoring for vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Profile

• To succeed in this role, we seek an ambitious and driven IT professional eager to develop in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or 1-2 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Support, or Junior IT Manager.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, IT security, and server/network administration.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage IT requests efficiently.

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of IT responsibilities.
