Job brief

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, support sales objectives, and deliver impactful in-store and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with the companys overall business strategy; Set measurable campaign goals and track progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business needs; Build customer engagement through feedback programs, community initiatives, and events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Lead the planning and execution of channel-specific campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor in-store marketing execution and brand presence through regular point-of-sale visits.
  • Drive product visibility by optimizing placements and tailoring campaigns to target audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Develops documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code to explain and show solutions.
  • Determines and designs system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Romanian and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Availability to travel 3-8 days (on average) per month
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
