Senior Embedded Test Firmware Developer

Responsibilities

  • Development of manual and automated embedded firmware testing methods and tools
  • Creation of test cases, test specifications, and test scenarios at system, component, and unit level
  • Systematic execution of tests, including error analysis and debugging using bug tracking tools
  • Evaluation, assessment, and documentation of test results
  • Close collaboration with firmware and hardware development teams
  • Ongoing cooperation with German headquarters

Profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • ISTQB certification
  • Several years of professional experience in embedded systems testing
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test plans
  • Solid knowledge of C/C++ and embedded software development
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and high software quality standards
  • Good English language skills; German is a plus
