ERP (WinMentor) Business Consultant

Our client is hiring an experienced ERP Consultant for the WinMentor Enterprise division. We are a company with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing business solutions. We have an extensive client portfolio and provide consultancy services to streamline activities, optimize workflows, and improve processes using ERP systems.

We work in a friendly environment, both at the office (Bucharest, Piața Alba Iulia area) and remotely—from home or at client premises. This is a Senior-level position and involves short business trips nationwide.

What you will do:

• Provide consultancy to clients, helping them understand how using the WME ERP system supports their business objectives.

• Manage the functional implementation of the WME software solution in accordance with contractual requirements and the companys implementation procedures.

• Handle client requests related to application changes, new functionalities, ongoing issues, errors, etc., in line with the agreed implementation or service contract terms.

• Provide support during the ERP system go-live phase and ensure its correct and efficient use post-implementation.

• Prepare and maintain project technical documentation.

• Share information, experience, and case studies within the team.

• Participate in training sessions and pass internal technical certification exams.

What we would like you to have:

• Higher education degree (technical or economic field).

• 4–5 years of experience and advanced knowledge in financial accounting.

• 4–5 years of experience and advanced knowledge in information technology.

• Ability to understand clients business requirements.

• Strong organizational skills and high learning capacity.

• Desire for continuous professional growth and self-improvement.

• Adaptability to new situations.

• Effective communication skills.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Availability for travel to other locations for software implementation projects.

Considered a strong advantage:

• Direct experience with WinMentor and WinMentor Enterprise (or similar ERP systems).

• Practical knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server) and Databases (PL/SQL Query).
