About the job HR Admin Specialist
The Personnel Administration Specialist ensures the proper management of HR documents and processes, in compliance with labor legislation and organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, modifying, suspending, and terminating individual employment contracts;
- Preparing addenda and related decisions;
- Preparing and verifying employment documents;
- Continuously updating personnel files and the internal database (both electronically and physically: scanning, archiving, contract modifications, contract terminations);
- Time management – collecting and verifying attendance records, managing work shifts, and coordinating leaves/replacements in critical production areas;
- Payroll support – transmitting data to payroll and verifying salary statements;
- Preparing and submitting Revisal;
- Maintaining correspondence with labor authorities (Labor Inspectorate, Pension House, Tax Authority, and other relevant institutions);
- Implementing internal HR procedures and providing support for annual evaluations, disciplinary processes, and leave management;
- Consolidating HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, organizational structure) and preparing periodic reports for management (personnel, salaries);
- Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations;
- Disciplinary procedure coordination – initiating cases, organizing the investigation committee, managing hearings, and ensuring compliance with the legal framework;
- Documentation and record-keeping – drafting and archiving all relevant documents (files, reports, sanction/classification decisions, internal notes) and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in economics, law, or human resources);
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (HR admin/personnel administration);
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment relations;
- Experience with Revisal and related platforms;
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees and institutions;
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
