Their objective is to be the go-to counsel for middle market international clients, private equity, investment firms as well as entrepreneurs and family offices.

Junior Accountant
Internal Operational Activities:

Archive documents both physically and digitally.

Download documents required for automated processes (invoicing, taxes, internal reporting).

Upload and process accounting documents in the companys platform.

Manage official documents (e.g., tax authority documents, fiscal certificates, attestations, etc.).

Prepare and execute supplier, tax, and payroll payments.

Check balances and perform monthly reconciliations.

Analyze and manage client and supplier requests.
-
Communicate with suppliers and clients to clarify operational and financial matters.

Provide support in collection activities.
-
Actively participate in the monthly closing process.

Support internal process analysis: expenses, revenues, cost/profit centers, clients, and targets.

Contribute to process improvement and automation.

Handle tasks and requests according to the companys operational needs.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or final-year student).

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial operations (internship or entry-level experience is a plus).

Technical skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar is an advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).

Languages: Good command of English (both written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Other: Interest in process improvement, automation, and digital tools.
