About the job Senior Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Participates in various stages of developing marketing and advertising materials to promote the company.
- Familiar with graphic design strategies best utilized for B2B companies.
- Collaborates, brainstorms, and strategizes with the Marketing teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translates strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Creates designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, and select style and size of type.
- Generates Images and logos for every new project or for revamping the existing projects brand image.
- Marks up and assembles final layouts to prepare printing. (To provide ready to print artwork in required specification of supplier/printer house/media partners).
- Draws and prints charts, graphs, illustrations, and another artwork.
- Reviews final layouts and suggest improvements as required, proof reading and follow the branding guidelines with respect to color codes. (Pantone shade / CMYK Code)
- Prepares illustrations or rough sketches for material making necessary changes if needed.
- Updates floor plans and the availability of space.
- Develops the brand guidelines that reflects the brand identity and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience as graphic designer.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Working knowledge in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, lightroom, premier and aftereffects).
- Working knowledge in other relevant designing software packages.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
