About the job Trade Analyst
Job Purpose:
Supports trading operations by analyzing market data, monitoring trade activities, and providing insights that help improve commercial decisions and efficiency.
Responsibilities: -
- Set the prices at the beginning of each month.
- Approves or Disapproves prices that are below the agreed amounts.
- Filing & Updating the prices on the system for all country managers.
- Update the company's rolling forecast weekly based on the inputs gathered from all country managers regarding their forecasted volumes for the week.
- Creating the daily Performance Report showing the no, of bookings, volumes & revenues for each country as well as customer.
- Responsible for the weekly Variance Report showing the differences in forecasting of volumes beginning of the month, middle of the month & the actual volumes end of month for analysis.
- Responsible for showing the monthly commercial performance in the MBRs in terms of monthly volume trends, revenue trends, performance of each corridor/ lane & performance of each country in terms of volume & revenue.
- Monthly Churn report to analyze the lost customers.
- Creating Ad-hoc presentations showing the company's performance to AD Ports or Customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
