About the job Inland Customer Experience Executive

Manage the inland request once received from Customer Experience team.

Manage the customs clearance requested by the customers.

Set the default list of documentation required for each type of cargo or shipment.

Consult Shippers/ Consignees on best practices to follow legal Customs rules and guidelines.

Handle the inland activities with the clearance process.

Assure fees collection for Customs clearance services rendered to clients.

Execute containers movements, cleanness, supervision, and related inland procedures.

Manage the processes with the operations team.

Submission of customs documents and forms to customs house.

Accomplish any other tasks that may be assigned to him by management.
