Job Purpose:

Extract, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic HR initiatives and optimize employee-related processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify key metrics and data needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future HR needs and trends.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes, policies, and programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Advanced Excel) is a must (e.g., SQL, Python & Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
