Job Title: Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Location: Remote US or Canada (excluding Quebec)

Compensation: $190,000 $240,000

The Impact You Will Have

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping both our product and our engineering culture. You will work across the stack, build features from 0 to 1, and take end-to-end ownership of projects that directly impact our customers.

• Build new products and features from scratch (0 to 1)

• Take ownership of projects from conception through shipping, writing modular, maintainable, and high-quality code

• Deliver value across the system while maintaining a high bar for testing, code quality, and design

• Shape product direction by talking to users and collaborating in roadmap planning and brainstorming

• Mentor junior teammates, raising the engineering bar across the team

• Help grow the team by interviewing, referring talent, and contributing to culture

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping applications

• Strong fullstack skills, with the ability to work effectively across frontend and backend

• A track record of ownership, leadership, and impact in senior-level engineering roles

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in remote-first teams

• A product mindset, balancing speed with long-term quality and maintainability

Work Environment

• 100% remote (US & Canada, excluding Quebec)
