Job Title: Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Location: San Francisco and New York (Onsite/Hybrid) 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $190,000 $290,000

The Impact You Will Have

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping both our product and our engineering culture. You will work across the stack, build features from 0 to 1, and take end-to-end ownership of projects that directly impact our customers.

• Build new products and features from scratch (0 to 1)

• Take ownership of projects from conception through shipping, writing modular, maintainable, and high-quality code

• Deliver value across the system while maintaining a high bar for testing, code quality, and design

• Shape product direction by talking to users and collaborating in roadmap planning and brainstorming

• Mentor junior teammates, raising the engineering bar across the team

• Help grow the team by interviewing, referring talent, and contributing to culture

Strong full-stack skills, with the ability to work effectively across frontend and backend.

Proven experience in ownership, leadership, and impact in senior engineering roles

Strong collaboration and communication skills in remote-first teams.

A product mindset that balances speed with long-term quality and maintainability.
