About the Role

This is a highly product-focused frontend engineering position where you'll own user interfaces end-to-end inside a Next.js application. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and backend developers to build simple, elegant, and intuitive UI experiences that power high-impact products.

Your Day-to-Day

Translate business requirements into user-friendly UI flows.

Provide feedback on REST API design and collaborate with backend engineers.

Weigh in on product design, feature organization, and overall UX structure.

Build clean, consistent UIs using a branded component library and CSS toolkit.

Identify where logic should be encapsulated, shared, or abstracted for reuse.

Own full UI features from design implementation to refinement.

Beyond coding, you will:

Participate in deep discussions on solving real-world problems.

Act as a sounding board for technical and design decisions.

Improve engineering practices and help reduce operational overhead.

Learn constantly and share what you learn with the team.

Work on-site with the early team and founders in San Francisco (Marina).

What Were Looking For

2- 3 years of professional frontend engineering experience.

Experience building products end-to-end, ideally in startups.

Strength with Next.js + TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.

Strong eye for design, simplicity, and consistency.

Highly collaborative, communicative, and eager to solve real-world problems.

Compensation & Details

Salary: $150K - $175 (experience-dependent)

Equity: 0.30.5%
