About the Role
We're hiring a Field Service Coordinator to support service operations across the Americas. You'll manage project logistics, customer communication, job quotes, and scheduling, helping ensure on-time, quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for service technicians and subcontractors.

Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and service documentation

Communicate with customers by phone and email

Track project progress and maintain records in CRM

Process purchase orders, job sheets, and invoices
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or service coordination is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

CRM and blueprint-reading experience is a plus.
