What Were Seeking:

• 10+ years in a related field, Bachelor's (B.S.) from a college/university; Master's & USDA experience a plus.
• Food manufacturing know-how, a blend of experience and/or education will be considered.
• Analytical, with adept problem-solving and a history of elevating operational effectiveness.
• A proven track record in aligning operations with comprehensive KPIs.
