We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on innovation, continuous improvement, and process optimization. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and refinement of manufacturing processes that ensure high-quality, cost-effective production from concept to launch. You will also play a key role in updating and enhancing existing products and systems to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do

Lead Process Development: Drive manufacturability assessments of new designs, guiding them from concept through to first production runs.

Optimize Production: Design and implement efficient, scalable manufacturing methods, tooling, fixtures, and plant layouts.

Drive Improvements: Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

Support Quality & Compliance: Collaborate on product testing standards, quality assurance procedures, and final inspection protocols.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, purchasing, and leadership teams on procurement, scheduling, and product lifecycle changes.

Report & Recommend: Generate data-driven reports and present recommendations to senior management on key projects and productivity metrics.

Mentor & Guide: Provide technical leadership to teams supporting manufacturing operations and project execution.
What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Process, or Mechanical Engineering preferred; Associate degree with strong experience considered.

Experience: 310 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering roles.

Process Knowledge: Strong background in BOMs, routings, time/motion studies, and standard setting.

Systems Expertise: Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and production planning tools.

Quality Focus: Experience implementing QA programs and using precision instruments for calibration and sampling.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proven success with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
