Overview

We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development and ensure high-quality, efficient production operations. This role focuses on manufacturing process design, optimization, and the successful transition from design to production, rather than product design.

What You'll Do

• Develop and document robust, cost-effective manufacturing processes
• Lead pre-production validation: PFMEA, control plans, capability studies
• Support tooling, equipment, and fixture readiness
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new designs and meet ISO standards
• Train operators and support internal audits

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
• Background in ISO quality systems and ERP (Syteline a plus)
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD tools, and Lean methodologies
• Experience with industrial/heavy-duty products preferred
