Role Overview:

As our Director of Finance, you'll lead financial reporting, budgeting, and planning processes across all key business functions, ensuring the company meets short and long-term targets.

Scope of Duties:

- Lead financial reporting process: Prepare consolidated financial statements, monthly management reports, and analysis.

- Manage accounting records: Oversee reconciliations, payroll, and regulatory filings.

- Coordinate audits: Act as the main point of contact for year-end external audits.

- Optimize controls and tools: Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

- Assist in forecasting and budgeting: Support annual planning processes.

- Ensure compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
