Job Title: Human Resources Representative Bilingual (Spanish)

We're looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Representative (English/Spanish) who is passionate about supporting employees and creating a positive work environment. In this hands-on HR role, you'll contribute to a wide range of activitiesfrom recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role across multiple HR functions, including:

Employee Support & Communication

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns

Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave management

Conduct exit and stay interviews to support retention strategies

Recruitment and Onboarding

Support recruitment efforts for hourly/non-exempt roles

Coordinate job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and orientation sessions

Represent the company at job fairs, school presentations, and facility tours

Engagement & Recognition

Coordinate employee recognition programs, birthdays, service awards, and team meals/events.

Maintain bulletin boards, event calendars, and employee communications

HR Administration

Track attendance and discipline notices

Maintain accurate employee records, job descriptions, and I-9 documentation.

Prepare reports, perform data entry, and assist with audits

Team & Project Support

Assist with internal presentations and training

Provide general administrative support (phones, filing, photocopying, etc.)

Actively participate in HR-related committees and company events

Back up other HR team members as needed

What You Bring

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred

12 years of HR or clerical/administrative experience strongly desired

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to shifting priorities

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint experience is a plus.

Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and compliance practices preferred

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Valid driver's license preferred
