What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team in a high-performance environment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program that minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity.
- Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of various systems and equipment, balancing in-house expertise with external contractors when necessary.
- Forge strong relationships with the Plant Manager and other key stakeholders to identify critical equipment needs, coordinate special projects, and drive continuous improvement across all maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of maintenance experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to bring your own tools.
