Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 annually + bonus

Overview: Drive improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure alignment of initiatives and execute key projects to elevate operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma in daily operations.
• Lead and support process improvement teams.
• Set and monitor performance metrics across various operational dimensions.
• Maintain and implement the site's lean action plan.
• Align and execute improvement strategies with leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business/Engineering. Advanced degree valued.
• 3+ years in project facilitation and Lean deployment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt favored.
• Mastery of Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SPC.
• Strong ability to inspire and lead team members.
