Location: Remote (North America preferred)
Engagement: Independent Contractor

What You'll Recruit For
Associates, Senior Associates, Counsel, and Partners
In-house Legal roles (Commercial, Corporate, Product, Compliance, Employment, Regulatory)
High-bar searches where quality and judgment matter
What You'll Be Responsible For
Owning Legal searches end-to-end from intake to close
Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top-tier Legal candidates
Managing candidate relationships with discretion and professionalism
Running a clean, accountable recruiting process (no spray-and-pray)
Delivering high-quality submissions that move fast
What Good Looks Like Here
You already:
- Have proven Legal recruiting experience (agency or independent)
- Understand how Legal hiring actually works (law firm vs. in-house dynamics)
- Know how to assess pedigree, practice area depth, and deal with exposure
- Are comfortable running searches independently without hand-holding
- Communicate clearly with candidates and clients, babysitting required
- Use modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, outreach tech, etc.)
Bonus points if you:
Have an existing Legal network
Have placed attorneys in competitive or specialized markets
Prefer quality searches over high-volume chaos
