Job Summary and Qualifications

· You will assess plans and evaluate patient care needs.

· You will carry out physician orders.

· You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.

· You will serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

· You will instruct and educate patients and families.

· You will provide age and culturally appropriate care.

What qualifications you will need

· Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing or BSN required

· Current TN RN license or Compact State equivalent.

· Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.

· 1 year of OR RN experience required

What qualifications you will need

· Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing or BSN required

· Current TN RN license or Compact State equivalent.

· Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.

· 1 year of OR RN experience required

Shift: Days, 10 hr or 12 hr shifts

Salary Range: Min (2yr)- $32.60 (5 yr)- $34.41 (10yr)- $39.77 (17yr MAX)- $43.36 ; Based on years of experience

Shift Diffs: Evenings $ 2.50

Nights $ 2.50

Weekend $6.00

Oncall: $2.50 per hr; Oncall shifts are 48hrs from Saturday 7am Monday 7am. On a 4-5 wk rotation No weeknight call

Call Back: 2 hr min at time and a half.

Sign On Bonus: *Qualified applicants are eligible to receive $8,000 sign on bonus paid quarterly with no commitment*
