Must-Haves:

1. Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
2. Completed NCLEX exam
3. Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice-To-Haves:

Job Description:
As a Med Surg RN working nights, you will perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments. Documentation of patient care is essential, along with monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition appropriately to the care team, physician, patient, and family. You will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide patient and family education, and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care. Additionally, you will evaluate the learning needs of patients and families and advocate for their physical and emotional well-being. This role requires working 7p-7a shifts three times a week.
