Unit Information: Surgical Technologists
Within our Surgery department you will work on one of six specialized teams. This position will be a part of our Team 2: Orthopedics and Podiatry team. During the orientation process, you will cross train to all teams, so you are familiar with each.
Shift Information: Full-time.
Pay Range: Starting at $29.60 an hour based on years of experience and education
Bonus Information: Up to $10,000 Student loan repayment or $5,000 sign on bonus
60-80 hours every two weeks.
Mainly Monday-Friday, 8- & 10-hour shifts between 6am-6pm with occasional evening and weekend calls, approximately every 4-6th weekend, rotating holidays.
All positions will require you to be on call multiple days each month and will be required to get to the St. Cloud Hospital within 35 minutes. Amount of calls varies by team. We do have call rooms available at the hospital to use if you choose.
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required (can be obtained upon hire)
Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
Sign-on bonus requirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation Information?: $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Can be factored into benefits package based on location and needs.?
