Travel Hire is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Rheumatologist to join our team in Ashtabula, OH. As a Physician Rheumatologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with rheumatic diseases, such as arthritis, lupus, and osteoporosis. You will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans and provide ongoing care to manage their conditions. In addition, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with rheumatic diseases

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and blood work

- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

- Prescribe medications and provide other forms of treatment, such as physical therapy

- Monitor and track the progress of patients and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and how to manage them

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care

- Stay current with advancements in the field of rheumatology and participate in continuing education opportunities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Board certification in Rheumatology

- Valid medical license in the state of Ohio

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rheumatologist

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in electronic medical record systems

- Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare facilities as needed
