Must-Haves:
- Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) with a valid RN License
- Critical care experience
- Availability to work 7p-7a shifts three times a week

Job Description: As an Advanced Care Unit / Float RN working nights, you will be responsible for planning, directing, ensuring, and evaluating the quality of patient care delivered. Your primary role will be in the Advanced Care Unit, but you may float to other departments as needed based on ACU census. You will serve as a liaison to providers to determine the appropriate level of care and unit placement across the hospital care continuum. Demonstrating competency in advanced nursing skills, you will promptly communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate provider. While working independently, you will collaborate with other nursing staff as needed. Additionally, you will attend all mandatory training, assist with orienting and coaching new staff, and contribute to policy development and revision for the ACU.
