As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and direction of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services provided by our organization
• - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
• - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical staff to ensure compliance with established standards of care
• - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided
• - Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and other departments within the organization
• - Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of medical staff
• - Act as a mentor and provide guidance to medical staff to promote professional development
• - Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for the organization
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
• - Handle any patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• - Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• - Board certification in a relevant specialty
• - Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Alabama
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
• - Previous experience in a leadership/management role preferred
• - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of practice
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• - Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• - Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and conferences
