• Base Salary: USD $100,000 to $128,000

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and integrate with other plant functions to ensure support.
• Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of employees.
• Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assign tasks accordingly.
• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production.
• Lead and develop a team, providing coaching and making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing tasks across multiple maintenance disciplines, including contractors' management (electrical, automation, and mechanical).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in feed mills.

• Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation skills.
• Supervisory Experience.
