Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy Remote Customer Service Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries quickly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat.
This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, compassionate, and capable of managing their time independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner

Assist customers with orders, troubleshooting, billing questions, and general product/service information

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications:
