We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Workflow Coordinator to support daily operations by managing client requests, coordinating travel bookings, and ensuring processes run smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to support client travel needs and internal processes. You'll work independently to track bookings, follow timelines, and maintain high standards of accuracy, all while helping create a seamless experience for clients and team members alike.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate client travel requests, timelines, and booking milestones
- Manage and verify travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients and internal team members to gather and confirm details
- Monitor workflow progress, track outstanding items, and follow up as needed
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and overall process quality
- Ensure all steps of the travel booking process are completed on time and to a high standard
