Remote Luxury Vacation Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Luxury Vacation Designer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to craft personalized, high-end travel experiences tailored to their unique preferences, lifestyle, and travel goals.

What Youll Do

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand each clients vision, preferences, and expectations
• Research and recommend premium accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and curated activities
• Design customized, high-end itineraries with thoughtful attention to detail
• Coordinate and manage bookings including flights, luxury hotels, transfers, dining, and excursions
• Ensure all confirmations, documentation, and timelines are accurate and organized
• Provide attentive client support before, during, and after travel
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends, destination updates, and preferred supplier offerings
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment

• Comfortable learning and using digital tools and booking platforms
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or client services is helpful but not required
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, or Australia
